Bisarjan – A Sacred Farewell on the Ganges

Experience the divine conclusion of Durga Puja as ‘Bisarjan’, the immersion of the Goddess Durga idols, unfolds along the mystical River Ganges. This poignant ritual marks the symbolic return of the Goddess to her celestial abode, accompanied by chants, conch shells, and the rhythm of dhak.
Sailing past illuminated ghats, witness the spectacular visuals of grand idols being immersed in the sacred waters — a soulful blend of devotion, emotion, and celebration. An unforgettable moment where the city of joy bids a graceful farewell to the Mother Goddess amidst shimmering reflections and timeless traditions.
